The cans were spilled onto I-70 westbound when three semis crashed into each other near mile marker 145. Richmond woman reportedly struck and killed by train Sunday. A 73-year-old woman has died after being struck by a train Sunday afternoon. Carolyn Sue Rose, according to preliminary findings, walked directly into the path of the eastbound train for unknown reasons sometime before 12:41 p.m., the time officers and the Richmond Fire Department responded to the report. The train was traveling on the Norfolk and Southern Railway near North 12th and E streets, according to a news release, and there are no indications of foul play.
