and enhanced fan experience. ASU aimed to create a unique fan and family experience by making game days more reasonably priced and family-friendly. So
university and sports department administrators went on a listening tour of sorts, soliciting feedback from thousands of fans through in-person and online
questionnaires. ASU Athletics Director Graham Rossini stated, “We’re committed to fostering strong relationships across the entire ASU community, with
a special focus on our incredible fans.” We prioritized hearing about their favorite parts of game day and what keeps them coming back, as well as their
