team president and CEO, a position Mark Murphy has been since 2007. He will become 70 July 6, 2025.The organization bylaws in Green Bay mandate that retire from the position after 17 seasons, with 70 being the
retirement age for the position. The search committee for Murphy’s replacement on the Packers board of directors will be led by lead director and vice
president of the Green Bay Packers executive committee, Susan Finco. The vice chair of the search committee will be Dan Ariens, secretary of the Green
Bay executive committee and chair of the personnel and pay committee. Finco noted on the team’s website, “Mark’s contributions to the organization have been tremendous.” “Mark keeps setting up the
Packers for success, from modernizing the corporate leadership structure to expanding and diversifying revenue to enhancing the team’s significant community influence. We anticipate his
