Their journey to this championship began with a remarkable victory at the 2025 Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Trials in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, where they defeated Rachel Homan and Brendan Bottcher 8-7 in a thrilling final. The World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship features 20 teams from various nations, each vying for qualification points toward the Olympics.
