51-year-old man charged with 5 counts of sexual abuse of a minor
A man was arrested and charged with sexual abuse of a minor.
Jorge Rivero-Acosta, 51, is in Tulsa County Jail. He’s charged with five counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12.
According to court documents, Tulsa Police interviewed a 13-year-old victim last August. Police said the victim and another 7-year-old victim live with their mother, who is dating Acosta.
Police said the 13-year-old victim told detectives Acosta abused her in 2022. She also said Acosta would frequently enter the 7-year-old victim’s room at night.
When detectives interviewed Acosta, he admitted to sexually abusing the 7-year-old about two times a week since 2022.
