BREAKING: Martinsburg Man Arrested After Early Morning Gas Station Shooting.
A 20-year-old man is in custody following a shooting at a gas station in Berkeley County during the early hours of Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
Deputies from the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department responded to reports of gunfire at Rutters Gas Station, located at 1390 Hedgesville Road, around 3:10 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found a male victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities have not released the victim’s identity, but confirmed his family has been notified.
