Noble shooting suspect charged with first-degree murder and intent to kill
The suspect of a deadly shooting in Noble has been charged with two felonies.
Dariel Omar Fernandez has been charged with one count of first-degree murder, and one count of shooting with intent to kill.
The shooting, which happened on October 11 around 4 P.M., killed Abreu Lazaro Ramos and injured Robert Carlos Ramos-Fernandez.
On that day, investigators arrived at 148th Street and Cemetery Road due to a report of shots being fired.
At the scene, investigators discovered one person dead, and another in critical condition.
Witnesses stated that Dariel Fernandez made a phone call stating that he had just killed two people.
