Overnight Fire at Richmond Hampton Inn Leaves 1 Dead, Several Injured
Richmond, VA – A deadly overnight fire at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Richmond has left one person dead and several others injured, according to local authorities.
The blaze broke out just after 2:00 a.m. on Sunday at the hotel located near [insert intersection or neighborhood if known]. Fire crews responded swiftly after multiple 911 calls reported smoke and flames coming from the upper floors of the building.

Displaced guests have been relocated to nearby hotels, and the American Red Cross has stepped in to provide assistance to those impacted.
