Parker’s journey with the Sooners began as a highly anticipated recruit from Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California. Ranked as the No. 3 recruit in the class of 2023 by Extra Innings, she quickly made her mark in collegiate softball. In her freshman year, Parker showcased exceptional talent, earning a .415/.516/.722 batting line, 13 home runs, and 62 RBIs. Her performance was instrumental in Oklahoma’s success, culminating in a Women’s College World Series (WCWS) championship.
Historic Achievements
Parker’s sophomore year continued her upward trajectory. In February 2025, she was named Southeastern Conference (SEC) Co-Player of the Week, sharing the honor with Auburn’s Nelia Peralta. This accolade was historic, marking the first SEC Player of the Week recognition for an Oklahoma softball player. During this period, Parker led the nation with 13 hits and five doubles, demonstrating her offensive prowess.
