Breaking News: A vital player of USC Trojans is back
Makai Lemon, the talented USC Trojans wide receiver, has made a remarkable comeback after suffering a scary head injury against Michigan earlier this
season. He was hospitalized and had to be taken off the field in an ambulance, but thankfully, he’s bounced back well and has been playing impressively since his return.
In his latest game against Rutgers, Lemon had a career-high 134 yards, with four receptions and a touchdown. His performance was instrumental in the Trojans’ 42-20 win over the Scarlet Knights. Coach
Lincoln Riley praised Lemon, saying, “He’s made some really competitive catches, some big plays after the catch. He’s playing fast, playing confident”.
Lemon’s teammates have also taken notice of his impressive play. Kyle Ford, another USC receiver, mentioned that he saw Lemon’s potential back in
camp, saying, “I think I saw that in camp, to be honest. I think that’s the main point that I saw him be like that”.
It’s great to see Makai Lemon back on the field and performing well. His recovery and determination are a testament to his strength and dedication to the sport.
