To assist with the founding of a new football team, a well-known former NFL head coach is making a return visit to the Nashville region. Jeff Fisher, the former head coach of the Los Angeles Rams, has been named Chief Advisor to lead the team’s relaunch. Fisher worked for the Titans organization for fifteen years before to joining the Rams coaching
staff. During the Rams’ 2024–16 move from St. Louis to Los Angeles, Fisher served as head coach. “I am excited to be part of the organization bringing the Arena Football League back to Nashville,” Fisher stated. “I’ve always been an avid fan of Arena

as general manager. Fisher’s last USFL coaching position was with the Michigan Panthers in 2024. The 65-year-old’s NFL coaching career ended in 2016,
although he took a five-year break
